His name is Milo! and he has a appointment on friday to get checked out. He just got another flea/tick bath and his skin is already looking solo much better. He is also way more energetic today. Now comes the fun of crate training. 
I appreciate everyone welcoming us with open arms to the forum even though my baby probably isn't a 100% sheltie! I will definitely keep everyone posted in the future how Milo is doing!!
