Well good news, she had a little bark and wanted to play, she didn't want to go for a walk but after 5 days of no eating I imagine she's still a bit weak.

So it looks like it was adrenal insufficiency crisis from being taken off steroids. It is so lucky her Internal Medicine Specialist suggested it or the general vet would still have been treating her kidneys. To be fair it is one of the most commonly misdiagnosed things (esp Atypical).

That’s great that they caught it! So does this mean she can’t be off steroids again or is there a way they can manage it if she needs surgery?

We'll confirm once the test results come back, but it looks like she'll probably need to remain on a low dose of steroids and then have the dose increased for the surgery so she doesn't go into shock. It is so, so lucky surgery last Monday was cancelled because it would have killed her!

Tully still isn't eating, she's down to 5.8kg (should be 7kg). Took her to the vet and her heart rate is down to 60bpm, her blood pressure is down and she's hypoglycemic. She's now at the vet on a drip.

This little girl keeps breaking my heart.

Surgery is cancelled.
