What a coincidence. I posted a thread on this many months ago!

I was looking at the same thing, but my boys are too large for it, so I commissioned my DH to build me a larger "lazy susan". It's about 50% complete. I'm waiting for the grooming arm to show up so that he can finish the the job.

I like to groom on the floor, and this will allow me to hunker down in one spot and move the dogs around as I need. But because its not attached to any table, I can put it on the kitchen island and groom as well.

As soon as it is complete, I'll send photo's!

I actually put it on top of the dishwasher.I am going to try grooming her on the floor next time. See which way is easier. The dishwasher was fine, but i had trouble grooming underneath her.

Me again! After I get the grooming arm, I then need to figure out what coating to put on the table. Can you describe the coating that is on your table?

It needs to be water repellent and slip free. I was debating rubber matting.

i took a close up picture of the surface. It's a hard surface, covered with small circular indents.

BarbV, we bought rubber matting for Buffy's pen. They make rubber matting for kennels that you can buy in various sizes. It is water-repellent and non-slip so I imagine it would work for your purposes.

The arm that I ordered for my "home made" version folds, and is also attached via a clamp, which means it can be removed for storage.

my grooming table

I use the patio table on my deck
it's the right height, has a glass top and chairs (great for my back)
plenty of room and easy to clean
my pups sit on a Rubbermaid bathmat (same one for the tub)
I bring out a wicker basket with their supplies & we're ready
my 3 actually enjoy "Groomies"

What a nice way to groom!

Unfortunately, the bathmat won't work, because it has holes in it. The turntable is made of wood, and therefore porous. I need something that will "seal" the wood. Off to Home Depot this weekend to check out options.
