Someone’s playing tricks on me!

Piper's mom

Went into the living room and saw this…how on earth did the dogs position the dog toy like this? Is it like Toy Story where the toys come to life? Perhaps I caught it in the act? Where will I find it next?
Or perhaps it’s like Elf on a Shelf???😬😬😳😳

Is that a squirrel? Did your mom like squirrels?? Maybe she's playing with the dogs at night!
It is a squirrel lol…and a very lifelike one at that! It certainly did make me wonder about my mom. I haven’t seen or really heard anything…a couple of little things, I smelled perfume when I was outside and a few days ago the water pressure in my hose went from full to almost nothing in a short time (we’d had an incident about 3 years ago on my parents wedding anniversary where something shut off the water to outside while I was in the process of watering the plants)…I think I actually said out loud don’t mess with my water mom! Lol
I honestly think I’m too busy to notice the little things…I’m up at 6 am every day and busy getting things to the garage and going through stuff! I’m having a garage sale in less than a month so with the house, yard and dogs I barely have time to think sometimes!

Your living room reminds me of my family room ... hardwood floors, curio cabinet, sheltie(s) and a waffle ball.

Shelties (and I guess dogs in general) can be incredibly dextrous. Mr. Pip has a piece of shin bone, about three inches long, that I stuff with peanut butter and give him as a treat. He's found that in order to access the peanut butter it's easier to stand the bone up on one end. The speed and ease with which he flips it are nothing short of amazing. And how he manages to get every speck of the peanut butter out of that narrow space is hard to fathom.
