SOS Anyone have any ideas about why this sheltie can't walk???

My Faith had a similar incident a couple months ago that left me panicked - hers turned out to be tick paralysis, I found the tick on her as we rushed her to the vet. My other thought is spinal stroke also. I'm so sorry to hear your dog is having difficulty. My Asta had two strokes (hindsight - we thought the first one was vestibular disease) and it left her with weakness. After the second one she aspirated and became septic and we had to let her go.

Hope you can get to the root cause.

Thank you for your insight. We will be back at the Internal Medicine dr tomorrow. I will be searching again for ticks tonight. Thank you so much!
