1 st time I had a Sheltie Groomed.....
I had my 6 yr. old Sheltie groomed by a groomer for the first time.
I usually would do them myself. I was afraid of how they would groom them. But she asked and wanted to know exactly what I wanted cut. I told her her hocks, and to thin the hair by her ears and leave all the feathering on but just do a thinning of it . I am very happy with the results. Some people cut the feathering off but I said no to leave it and just thin it.
I am happy to say she did a great job on Maggie. Now I will take Tiffany on Monday. She said Maggie was real good. I am sure she did not like being dryed in the cage with the cage dryer....She is real silky now....
