Ashley, I'm so sorry Bentley is still having issues. Can you try a probiotic yogurt until you can order the one recommended by your vet?

I wish I had some other advice to offer. It stinks when they feel bad and you can't figure out why.

Good idea--this is what we ended up doing last night. There's a dog-specific probiotic that our local pet store sells so we'll at least give that a shot in the time being.
