At The 2-8-12 AOC show and Go, he successfully held the open sits and downs! We are trying again at a show and go this Saturday at another training facility and fingers are crossed that we can be successful again.

My plan is he can do the stay groups successfully at three matches in a row, at different buildings, then we can enter for a UDX leg in the spring.

His utility and open exercises are seeming solid...knock wood....

Puppy gets a beginner novice run at the show and go too, but it is just for fun and lots of cookies. :)
 
Congrats on the show-n-go accomplishments. The results of your diligence are looking really good. I agree that if yours can successfully complete all the exercises successfully at 3 different venues, the likelihood of success in the ring looks very promising.

Had another successful sit and down stay group at show and go# 2

and.... Justus was FUN in Novice, he did really well for a baby dog who doesn't know squat. His attention was great, a little wide on left turns but we haven't done too much with that. His halts were very good and the figure 8 not bad!

Justus was introduced to scent articles last night, so fun!
