Hi, definitely give it some more time. It took Amber about two weeks which I think is quite quick but it's because we use bells hung by a rope on the nob so it's a little easier for her to just bump her nose to touch it so it can ring. I was wondering, where do you have the service bell? Since they know to go to the door already if they want to go outside, it may be easier for them to associate bell to door opening by having it right by the door. Every time they go by the door because they want out, take their paw and ring the bell, say good girl/boy, and then let them out. I had to actually take Amber's muzzle for her nose to touch the bell for her to get it to click in her that SHE had to RING it, haha. Eventually they will know to ring it themselves...hopefully ;P Good luck!
