I am training Luke to use his Ha sound which is much less annoying than his bark.i keep his collar on Him and if he barks I put him on leash near me with praise when he uses his ha sound.our neighbors are very close to us and I know he's barking because he likes to see the people.but I am not going to give them a chance to complain about him.every dog on our block barks
