Today my mother is buying a sheltie cross from an Australian adoptapet, I don't have any pictures of him yet but 2 years ago while she was at work the dog who is in the following images climbed under a gate and said hello to my mother so mum (mom.) poured her a bowel of water, thinking this was just a passing stray, after mum finished cleaning she opened the gate drove her car out the gate then got out to shut the gate, while she was shutting the gate the dog disappeared and mum continued home. About 20 minutes after arriving I took out the rubbish and much to my amusement there was a dog sitting in my mums car (having never previously owned a dog this was hilarious) any way my mum got the dog out of her car and told it to **** off she then walked inside while I patted it then I got up and walked inside but the dog ran in before me and ran straight out our back door done 2 laps of the back yard then tried to run back inside through the closed half of the door (making one hell of a racket which woke my father (sleeping on the couch)) we decided she could stay the night and I would take her to the council pound the next day, upon doing so the took the dog and informed me she didn't have a microchip, 8 days later I had all but forgotten about the aforementioned adventure and while at work I got a phone call informing me she was to be put down the next day as no one had claimed her
so I went behind my mothers back and paid for the dogs microchip injections and sterilisation ( ill come back to that) I then waited until mum went to work grabbed her spare key and placed the dog in her car while she was at work.
when she finished she got in her car and sure enough dog was sleeping on her passengers seat, mum returned home and started saying its a sign ( which really it was I didn't give the pound my phone number?) and now 2 and a half years later I have moved out of home and am still with dog, and I will be till the end, I always thought she was a short haired collie cross but since my mother is now looking at buying a similar non sterile male called a sheltie cross I went looking and now I'm confused. Any way photo time
Turns out I can't upload photos I will when I can
