Ticks..on ME!

Ticks on me, is one of the main reasons i don't like these ticks meds (Like Frontline) that don't work until they bite.

I going to try Advantix since it repels as well. Does anyone have good experience with it? ie no ticks on ME!

This year seems like the ticks have been especially bad.

This might make you feel better, Chris...I got Lyme last year after finding a number of deer ticks at just this time of year...on my BED! They were dropped off apparently from my furry bedmates whose tick repellant actually repelled the little buggers, onto the bed...lucky me! We need some Nature's Guardian for us!!

Oh, no! No way that makes me feel better, not when my dear Ann got lyme. Are you ok????:confused2:

I dislike ticks, and they are suppose to be very bad this year. We were on a farm fishing with the family and some of them got into high grass, and had the darn things crawling on them. Thank goodness I left the shelties at home
that day.

I'm fine now thanks, Chris. This was last year. But it's not fun to have, and took months to get back to normal and not be achy and dragging (well, no more than normal anyway!). No wonder our pups feel so bad when they get it! This is Barkley's third round with it, poor little guy...we had to treat him for it twice last year.

I'm glad your're better, Anne. So bad about poor Barkley though.

Heading to the cottage tomorrow morning. You'all have me totally paranoid. I'm going to look like a chimp all weekend, hunting myself and dogs for these things all weekend (even though I've never seen one around here!):eek2:
