most of us in the states are fending off extreme cold temps...but I did a puppy cut on my girls in summer to beat the heat. They had way too much fur in the hindend, so I sheared it like a sheep, ha. I bought a coolaroo bed, which got them elevated, and ran a box fan near their bed, and that seemed to get the air to circulate so they weren't miserable. We have frosty paws...a sorta ice cream treat for dogs...and on really hot days, in the evening...mine got one. She LOVED it.

I definitely get it, for the last 2 months every day has been over 30C, humid and not cooling at night, we skipped spring and went straight to summer. Todays actually the first day in a long time it's in the 20s and it's wonderful. I must say the dogs deal with it much better than I do, Tully was sunbaking in 38C and Deska was outside with a bone (not the best decision on my part though - raw meat and heat=upset tummy). They were finding the air-con too cold!

Honestly, I wouldn't worry too much at that temp to do anything additional. Unless she is overweight and then will feel the heat more. The long nose will help her regulate her heat. Allow access to a cool floor (like bathroom or toilet tiles, or even a concrete garage floor), and animals will generally seek out those cooler spots to lay on. After my dogs exercise in the heat (eg after a walk) I give them a little lactose free milk from the fridge - helps cool them on the inside. You can also put ice in her water bowl, altho my dogs just pick the ice out of the bowl and leave it on the floor. You can also put on a fan so cool air blows over her tongue and it lifts the fur.
