I haven't tried pork pancreas. When I tried beef pancreas (sweet breads), he got the runs something fierce... but maybe I gave him too much at once. I'll see if I can get my hands on some pork pancreas. Thanks!!

If you're going to give him organs, try to introduce it slowlllllly. Seriously like one gram a day increments. If they aren't used to it and you throw them a 4 oz piece they will totally get the poops. It might seem rather tedious but it's what's best for the boy and for you so you don't have to deal with it.
Yeah, I probably gave him too big of a piece to start with. It was likely a 2 -3 oz chunk.
If I can get my hands on some pancreas again, I'll definitely start sloooooowly.
