Toothless in Texas

Meadow is 5 months also and has not lost a canine yet!! Her upper and lower incisors are in, and today she lost a small molar due to playing tug with a rope toy. Interesting that Remy has already lost so many teeth. When exactly was he born? Meadow is 1/27/20.

Remy was 1/25/20. We have 8 teeth now and we threw away some of his tiny ones. Unless he loses one when we're asleep, he's literally with someone in the house 24/7. However, it's not like he's toothless. His new teeth come in very quickly and are significantly bigger and more rounded than the baby ones. Thank goodness!

Wow Meadow had a playdate today with Hannah the Dachshund, and at one point she started shaking her head and moving her mouth kind of funny. I went to check in case she'd gotten a bee or something, but no - two lower canine teeth were freshly gone! I think she ended up swallowing them though.

That's good news Sharon!

That's two less puncture wounds for you when you play with her. :bucktooth:

Dang, Meadow's teeth are just flying out of her head! Two small molars this evening while we were at a friend's home for social distance picnic in their backyard. I thought she'd gotten something stuck in her mouth since she was checking out their redwood bark but then saw the bloody gum. She spit the one out on the patio so we got it! Good thing our friends are also dog people, they thought it was hilarious.
