Oh man...I am so sorry to hear that you are sick Michele. Our Shelties are amazing with their intuition about us. My babies are always at my side when I am sick....and if the kids are sick, the dogs are stuck to the kids. Amazing companions.
He really has been a sweet boy today. Other than just a bit ago,Brian took him out to play and run off some steam,so off they went with the tennis ball.
He was playing, and having a great time, till all of a sudden,he was rolling on the ground, having a real hard time. Brian got really panicky with him. And next thing I know Brian is carrying him in the house.
He comes in,Trapp is looking a bit upset, and Brian is all out of breath, telling me what he was doing outside. So I got to looking at him,I opened his mouth, airway clear, but there is a fair amount of blood.
Well Trapp has lost a record amount of teeth in the last couple of days, and he only had one canine that was left. Well it seems as though in the course of fetching,he really got that tooth a loose, and it was just hanging. And it was pushed backwards hanging! So I got me a kleenex, and just barely got my finger on it,and out it popped~
Trapp was looking at us as if to say..what the heck is wrong with you people! Just a sweet babe.
