Traveling crate or harness? Please help..

I did too. I was like.. "I see math. And a flow chart. Where's the part where it says the results??"
 
In going back through the data supplied (as I will continue to do), I do see where they did spend time on details of harnesses not selected for testing. I missed that on my first pass through. At this point, however, I am still of a mind that this was a valiant attempt to determine adequate testing criteria and to determine safe restraint systems for our dogs, however, there is a long way to go before that task is complete. Kudos though are due to the Center for Pet Safety for starting along a difficult journey.
