We did a urine culture with the last round of UTI's she had and it came back negative...
I guess I'll bring her with me to pick up her medicine and see if they want to do a urine culture or first see what happens with the antibiotic.
I'm also going to ask if they have a special cleaner for her girly area. I don't think unscented baby wipes are working too well. She still looks dirty down there.
I don't know if you saw my question or not, but is her vulva normal?
Sorry, I must have missed your question. Her vulva is not inverted, but it is very small. I even got a second opinion on it before I spayed her.
Bummer. It sucks to go around and around like that.
I like to keep things simple, and keep the variables to a minimum. I would be inclined to stop all supplements, feed her only her food and her antibiotics through the prescription and then go from there. You can't really evaluate if things are constantly changing.
I had to look up Vibrant Pets, since a lot of people here seem to use it. It also contains Vitamin C.
Could the size of it have a cause to the UTI's and other irritations? Megan's was inverted, and I had to wipe her pretty much everytime she went potty to help her keep things clean. Does Bailey lick a lot down there?
