I loved Precious' face in the third picture when you are fitting the lifejacket and I can just hear her saying "What on earth is this about then!?"

Precious' face is too cute! You can almost read her thoughts. What a good sport! Great photos and beautiful scenery!

I can't say how much I enjoyed this series. You know, I wondered about using a life jacket. Though it kept her safe, it didn't allow her to swim naturally. No criticism, just a thought.

You see, when Layla was a year and a half old, I took her kayaking on the Pokomoke River. It's not deep, and it runs very lazily. Layla was skylarking around on the prow of the kayak when she tumbled in. She'd never swum before! Under she went, and came up spluttering. She swam to the kayak, and I lifted her in. She did it one more time before she figured out how the stay still on the prow!
