Ok Im confused, perhaps im reading it wrong though....your saying Omega 6 (linolenic Acid) causes inflammations with its by products, but than your saying Omega 3 (Linolenic Acid) is good....How can they both be the same???? or am I reading it wrong and missing something...which could be the case![]()
Omega 6 is Linoleic acid(one type of Omega 6 anyway)
Omega 3 is Linolenic acid note the added n Actually Omega 3's are aplha linolenic acid(ALA), EPA, DHA
I was confused at first until I looked it up. That always confused me in school too. Probably why they call them Omega 3 and 6 now.
