Looks like quite a large incision, glad Teddy is rid of the problem and doing well. At least he won't have to wear the dreaded collar for that wound.

Nope he is wearing the pillow of comfort ,he still tried to remove his bandage.

I like the pillow much better than the collars, We have used them for both dogs and cats. He must be very flexible to get at those stitches but the pillow is the best way to go IMHO.

Well it's time to wait for Teddy to work on growing his hair back and to get rid of his poodle tail. He had his stitches removed on Tuesday and is super happy that the pillow around his neck is gone. Dr Brandon said he looks real good and his procedure was successful.

Good job healing up Teddy! Now to super charge the hair growth! Elijah can relate, he's got a big shaved area on his side and a 6 inch incision to remove some weird tissue after a possible foxtail traveled around.

I don't know Sca was all about being dignified. A shaved spot on his side might have upset him a lot. Mom said he was like a furry little butler.

But yes Spitfire 'pffft but I still look better than you' (he has been accused of being like a orange cat)

Great news that Teddy is free of the dreaded pillow and healed! Unfortunately there’s no magic fix for instant hair. I bet Teddy doesn’t care!

So glad to hear he's completely healed up! I looked at the shaved section of Benny's hind end as a place I didn't have to brush so much! after 5 months its coming back just fine.
