We have little brother!

Oh and the guys are sick of rain. Spitfire resisted going out early even for a cookie (but got evicted because I know he can't hold it) and Sca refused having gone into Camel Mode™ last night. When I finally force him out this morning he immediately went to his spots, not even a hint of his got to go power walk  Though in his case he might have held it all day had I let him try (he is terrible)

Hopefully things dry off and tonight I get to show off Spitfire almost learned down tonight :o So far the Golden is making him look bad on everything but the leash.

So we are now over 3 inches of rain since it start and everyone is sick of it. This morning Spitfire wakes up and we go to the back door (with cookie) and he is ready to go out for his morning business then I open the door :eek2: OH HECK NO! he says. So I finally get him caught and carry him to the door, at this point Sca realizes it is not going to change and cooperates. Well Mr Spitfire true to his name is twisting and flipping because HE is not going. Finally I dump him out and then of course he turns around expecting a cookie :rolleyes2: No way that was happening so I close the door and he throws a tantrum  When he thinks he should get his way he will jump on things, growl and bark like the world will shake in awe and give in. Needless to say he was ignored.

But even I will be happy when the rain stops so I can play frisbee with the guys and generally get outside. Of course today they are saying we might get more rain then snow.

Snow:eek2:
say it ain't so:winkgrin:

Just measured the terror and he has grown as I thought. He is around 12" now at about 32 weeks. So I expect him to remain under 13" but not by a lot. By my figuring Sca is about 16% over while Spitfire is less than 7% under. Yet people always remark on how small he is.

He is little. I was thinking my terror was looking about Ember's size lately. Measured him yesterday 12 5/8" and 13 lbs 9 oz at 15 weeks. Yes he is heavier than Ember and almost as tall.

True but he is going to be closer to standard than Sca. I think his features are finer boned also which adds to the tiny look where Sca is stocky.

Oh and yes he is already smaller than Mr Birch. Shorter and a lot lighter.

Spitfire has a really interesting mark. On both sides right behind his front leg he has a greyish stripe. When I first got him I thought he was getting a stain from his harness (which was blue) but the mark has gotten more pronounced with his top coat coming in (which in my opinion makes him an even finer looking fellow) You can see it in the photo but it is even more noticeable in person.

Also while sorting the new stuff I ran across Sca's puppy class pictures. He is so Sca looking in the picture
