Westminster

no, not showing or spectating..kinda missing going this year...I was yesterday trying to figure out if I could get someone to work my 12hr shift tomorrow so I could go for the day...didnt happen.ohh well...hopefully next year...

Need a kennel girl?

But Pop Star won third in Herding Group in 2006! That was huge! His breeder let me hold his ribbon. Here's Layla with Great Grandsire Musashi's Westminster glory -- it was bigger than she was!
Too cute Chris!!!!!!! There was only one Musashi!

Then our dogs are cousins distantly, hehe. Fletcher is a Bode grandson, and Bode has Boomer in his 4 generation pedigree....

While I know nothing much about Sheltie pedigrees or showing for that matter, I clearly remember a Sheltie named Man About Town winning the herding group at Westminster! I was at work in the hospital and one of my patients had it on her TV as I walked into her room. I let out a big whoop which made her laugh.

Turns out he was a half brother to my Asta's sire! :biggrin2:

That is correct :) Linda Guihen won the Herding group with Jamie in 1997. Linda showed me the tapes that she had recorded of it. Too bad they aren't online. He was an amazing dog.
