What about these All Systems brushes? New to this...

I have the second brush down on your amazon page link. It is the 35mm light wood, black base. This one is a firm pin brush- I am happy with it. My dog is 2 years old and this brush has extra long pins to get at the dense coat- #1 All systems makes a 27mm one also, with shorter pins.

I like the brushes with longer pins and no heads on the pins. I also like the longer thinner brush for getting under their arms and behind the ears...where mats tend to start.
 
Thanks! Do you guys recommend their slickers as well? And what did you mean, dmeyer123 by the longer thinner brush?

I have the 27MM. And have had it now almost 2 years.Love the brush,and does a great job. Maybe I will invest in the 30 or larger mm size.

This is the brush I use almost exclusively. I got it from Wickets by Mel at a sheltie specialty, but there's a similar one in your list.
