What are the best crates? (on a budget)

my 4 came..of course they are still sitting in my foyer in their boxes...but the boxes look good!

Tomorrow my first day off in eons i'll be setting up for this weekends show so they will get broken in quickly! :biggrin2:

Still haven't gotten the crates. I'm get a little annoyed with this company. I emailed them my concerns on the 3ed. I don't know were the stars (*) came from in the quotes, they just popped up. :confused2:

I sent the money order Tuesday the 23ed. About how long do you think it will take for the package(s) to get to me and how will I know when it's on the*way?*

I'm nervouse that I may not get the crates at all. It's been 11 days*(9 week*days) since*I sent the order. I know it will take longer for me to get them*because I payed with a money order and not though pay-pal (which I would have done if I could have).*How many of the crates that I have orderd do you have at this time? The list I sent to Wayfair*of the*items was a printout of my Wayfair*shopping cart, which as*you know has the prices. Would Wayfair stand by those prices even if it has increased? If not would I get my money back? Do you have anyway of insuring me that they ARE one there way? If you need my*mailing address*that the crates should/are beeing sent to,*please let me know. I really hope that I'm worrying over nothing and they arrive soon.*

Don't know as I have never ordered anything with a money order. Always a credit card, or pay pal. Sounds like they are holding the money order per policy for 10 business days you should get the confirmation that the order was placed this week. I am guessing to make sure it clears as they would do with a check. After that they should ship them to you. the price will be what you were quoted.

I do know the company was super fast on shipping with the credit card payment. We got ours in 4 days, perfect condition. Seems like a good company. I am sure you will hear something this week.

I got the same impression as Dr Shelli, I know with mine I used a cc they were here in 3 days!!!! Used them last weekend as well :biggrin2:

Maybe it was just because of me paying with a money order. I've got a feeling I need to find a different way of paying for things off the internet (i.e. plastic or pay pal) :rolleyes2:

Hopfuly I'll hear back from them and I'm able to get the crates soon. :fl

Be careful because it's really easy to get addicted to online shopping (especially if you have Amazon Prime :rolleyes2:

) and get yourself into a financial "situation".

Ooopsy!!!

Well, I got the crate Tuesday, they look really good, nice and sturdy. All around good quality crates that I would recommend to anyone. But there's just one teeny tiny little problem, they are the wrong sizes! :rolleyes2:

The girl's are to small and the boy's are WAY to big. Here's a link to my photobucket with pix of Jody and Ida in them (I didn't bother to take the other crates out of the boxes).

Are you sure they sent you the right size crates and you measured your dogs correctly?? Because my girl is also around 13 3/4'' and she has plenty of room in her 24' crate.

I just checked, NOPE! Wrong size! I ordered the 24" and got the 22" (x small). I could fit three of my dogs in that big 36" crate! I'll email them again and tell them. I hope they'll take them back. I wonder if F-kap will fit in the 24". Could someone post a pic of their 16+" dog in the 24" crate? That would help me determine if he'd be too cramped because of his stiffness. Thanks!
