What are the best crates? (on a budget)

I just checked, NOPE! Wrong size! I ordered the 24" and got the 22" (x small). I could fit three of my dogs in that big 36" crate! I'll email them again and tell them. I hope they'll take them back. I wonder if F-kap will fit in the 24". Could someone post a pic of their 16+" dog in the 24" crate? That would help me determine if he'd be too cramped because of his stiffness. Thanks!

From my notes (and I honestly don't remember!) the crate Bentley is pictured in in the link in the above thread is 30". He is 15.75" tall. I wouldn't go much smaller than that for him.
