what are your triggers or how do you build drive...

I wonder how many of us feel valued ONLY if we have food or toys on us. I can clearly see the difference if my dogs know or THINK that they know I have food on me. After reading and digesting SG last newsletter I have started building more purposeful triggers to build excitement and drive. Che is pretty easy with breathing, chopped or forceful. Leo mostly gets on motion. I am going to be working on whispering, singing, and turning my body away and looking over my shoulder as triggers this week. I just got new salmon treats from Entirely pets with good discount, gotta do some work. Not one reward is coming without building new trigger into it. I want that instantaneous turn on a dime rise in arousal putting pups from resting into high gear with no food or toys visible.

good question
