What is the lineage of your pup?

ok my Rocky is from Sunburst Shelties in Phoenix. His father is Summerlove Ace Up My Sleeve(major pointed),
Rocky'd Dad's lineage

and his mom is BISS CH Raisen Sunburst Irish Mist "Misty". Rocky's mom

I am waiting on info on Telly. All the rest I have no clue on. Yoda is the offspring or Marcus who I got from a lady who got him from sheltielady. I have no clue on his lineage

Do you need to know the sire/dam of your dog to know if they're in the database?

This is confusing, because Miko's parents aren't even listed as having been bred.

Anyhow. Both my dogs are Daval.
Miko has Daval, Macdega, Kencherry and Barwood.

Since I cant' recall Koji's parents, I cant' find his lineage right now (I have his pedigree at home).

I'm curious, who inputs the dogs/bitches into the system?

I have no idea. I found 8 Birdsong dogs in the database, and I know I didn't put them in. Also, many were missing!
 
I assume the kennels are responsible for registering and entering their dogs.

The breeder Sadie came from only has two dogs and hasn't registered either of them. The breeder she got her one dog from has registered most of her dogs but not Sadie's father for some reason, even though he's titled. Not sure why...perhaps because they purchased him (and didn't breed him from their own lines) and felt that his original breeders should register him since he's still under their kennel name...I dunno...
 
I registered to join Pedigree Lines and was contacted by them. They requested I fax to them Spencer's Certificate of Pedigree and/or his AKC Registration. After I did that, I guess they verify and within a day I received an e-mail that we were "approved".:rolleyes2: At that point I entered Spencer (Winslow Private Eye) and checked to see if any of the Winslow or Winslow Summit dogs shown on his Pedigree were already entered. Some were, including his sire Ch Winslow Copperfield and I did enter some others from the Cert of Pedigree I had.
 
Cody is from Ch Mejimo Merridon Lumberjack, and his dam is Am Ch Eastbrooke's Fly United, going to Am Can Ch Macdega the Piano Man ROM ROMC.

What dogs? From the studs or the bitches? (heh....:lol: )

I had some of my dogs deleted from pedigree lines because I wouldn't/couldn't fax them the registration papers... (Dogs that my grandmother owned/owns, so I don't have access tothe papers!)
