What's ok for a 9 wk old pup to chew?

I've googled this and asked her vet, but am still looking for the right thing for Josie to chew on. Her vet suggested a Kong or things with that texture (soft and bendable). She has a Kong and loves it, but doesn't chew it, to her it's only good for getting treats out of. I did get a Kong bone, a couple of Nylabone puppy bones and something else, all of which she loved at first, but now she pretty much ignores them. Her fav things to chew are my fingers and sleeves, and the bottom of the computer chair. Any suggestions? I've thought about getting her some rawhide. Do you think that would be ok if it was big enough and she was only allowed to chew it so long?

Rawhide is not a good thing. A big sock with a knot in the middle is good for a little one. The Tuffy toys hold up really well. Kongs are good.

what my girls like

knuckle bones were the suggestion of the Vet
frozen string toys seem soothing while teething or a knotted sock dampened and frozen, I dampened with broth before I freeze
both mine ADORE lamb ears and trachea rings (from our natural pet store)
twisty bully sticks are a favorite-to me they smell awful but they like them
mine didn't like nylabones, but they do like n-bones (amazon and tj maxx carry them)
the ULTIMATE favorite is the hoofs I got at petco, smaller size, not sure what it is but it is hollowed out/black and has a strange smell too, and sometimes I "stuff" it with small amounts of peanut butter or cheese paste. I tried kongs, neither liked those. Both slept with the hoofs, and if they woke up in the night would chew that until they went back to sleep, kinda used it like a pacifier, ha. But such a soother, which I was grateful for.

Savannah prefers wood products to gnaw on...she likes fence posts, tree trunks, gnarly rose bush bottoms, large sticks-I truly think she is part beaver, anything with a texture is interesting to her to mouth, chew, etc

I do use larger rawhide sticks or chips that are big enough that they can't be swallowed. Only under supervision -- never when you're not there -- and ONLY rawhide made in USA. I find puppies love them and it gives them a chewing outlet other than your fingers or furniture!

My trainer hands out "pressed rawhide" -- maybe one of those kind of large and only when supervised -- be sure to take it away before it becomes a choking hazard.

FROZEN socks -- ooohhh did I miss the boat on that. Cubby would have loved that!

Thanks everyone! I did give her a knotted sock while ago, which she loved! I am also working on the frozen sock--can't wait to hear my husband's reaction when he sees a sock in the freezer! Lol!

Shelby is part beaver too. Wood is her favorite thing to chew on. Thank goodness she has learned that wooden furniture is not OK to chew.

When she was a pup I found this thing called Chilly bone at a local pet store. Like the sock you make it we and freeze it. She loved it when teething. They had other items that you could freeze too. Teething rings for pups.

I do let her chew rawhide but only when supervised. She can't seem to get big pieces off to eat, so she is good with that. Her ultimate favorite is bully sticks. I try to get the non stinky ones because I hate the smell. I also only buy made in he USA for all treats.

I never gave her a hoof. My parents used to get those for their dog and I absolutely hated the smell.
