I don't feed offal, I do feed green tripe if I can get it...
Yes Liver ... liver being sold from local, free range, organic fed Sheep and Cows...
For one or two dogs it is so worth doing, I am not sure if I could sustain it for more than two dogs

I have gone the lazy way and found a supplier who delivers and pre packages in half pound bags... lol
 
Another suggestion, not for the faint of heart. Is to raise your own animals such as rabbit chicken and duck.
 
If he'd be okay on just rabbits it'd be okay, as I live in a studio apartment.
Maybe I will breed rabbits to feed anyway, due to bone size would Flemish giants be okay?
 
Flemish would be fine, but maybe a little big. They can be upwards of 20 pounds, and would require a big cage.

I am currently experimenting with flemish New Zealand cross. Just remember you can not just feed rabbit, they do not have enough fat!

Since you live in a studio you may want to consider a smaller breed like dutch, mini rex, florida white or even netherland dwarf
 
yes they would work too, as they are normally 3-4 pounds (live weight) dress out depends on breed but normally around 50-60%
