Firstly, once again apologies for not being around much. The current cost of living means I have to go back to working longer hours which leaves me with very little free time....ughh.

Anyways as you know I had adopted Monty who the decided to move Mr Broccoli into my home as well. Due to their friendship I kind of accepted having to support and home a broccoli even without him paying rent.
Well Mr Broccoli has decided to hook up with Mrs Broccoli and move her as well.

I think I'm kind of a nice person so I have let that slide that I now have a broccoli couple living in my home without contributing to anything other than having wild times with Monty.
So imagine my annoyance when I find out that Mr and Mrs Broccoli have now moved Mr Carrot and Mrs Avocado into my home as well.

I can just about make space as long as they don't start a family but it's like I'm living in some kind of garden plot. I'm concerned on what they will all get up now when I leave them alone with Monty, i'm expecting some kind of wild party and things getting broken. Oh well the things you have to put up with when you have a small strange little dog.

I so needed a laugh this morning Darren! Thanks for the hilarious description of the veggie family explosion at your house. So of course I have to ask - is Mr. Broccoli still #1????

Sorry the economic crunch is making you work longer hours again. A lot of folks are experiencing this and must feel like they are just trying to keep their heads above the water. Hope things ease up very soon.

BTW when Juno moved in, Mr. Broccoli had to go into Witness Protection because Meadow adores him and we were worried Juno would shred him.....

Oh what wild times your veggies have across the pond! Just wait until Mrs tomato and Mr cabbage move in. They’ll take over your house!🤣

And I loved your descriptions of your veggies…I too needed the laugh this morning!
