Which drier?

I'm just looking into these now. I had planned on waiting until I get my collie pup in the spring but since Riley's seizure on Friday I have been concerned about taking him to the self serve dog wash. I go there just for the dryer because I can get him dry in 20 mins but he hates it more than the bath. I'm not sure if he is cold or if the air bothers him but he shivers for at least the first 10 minutes and by the end he is stressed enough that he starts barking and snapping at it. I am thinking it would be better to have one at home so I can limit the drying to a few minutes at a time with breaks in between so he isn't so stressed.

How do the dryers compare for heat? The one at Bosley's takes quite a while to warm up from the motor. Even I hate the first few minutes when my hands and arms are wet because it's uncomfortably cold. I don't want the air to feel warm - just enough so it feels room temperature and not so cold when he is wet.
