Who's related to whom? Any sheltie cousins out there?

It seems my poor brain can only hold a limited amount of info, then it arbitrairly starts to do its own crl=alt-dlt. I wish I could manage that. I would like to remember yesterday, not 40 years ago! Ooops! Firt sign of senilty....

I spent a couple of years researching into the bloodlines before I got Epic. He is Revel's great nephew, which is why I went on a 1000+ mile trip to get him from Scotland! Visually, apart from being tris they are not at all similar. (Epic is my 'retro' sheltie - there are pictures of dogs just like him in my 1975 sheltie Club Handbook!) And temprementally they are complete opposites. But every now and again I see a 'Revelism' in Epic, such as the way they both sometimes sleep with a front leg out behind, which is hard to explain but I've never seen another dog do that.

I am not sure if this is the same thing, but Grace sleeps with her front leg underneath her. It looks like she has three legs sometimes. Thought it might be similar as you said there was some relation between her and Epic.
 
I have a paper but unsure how to read it. There are a lot of names I recognize from other sheltie postings here.
There is Sunnybrooks Heritage Spirit Rom , ch. macdega grand prix romc
midas citation, barwoods sheer elegance, ross roi foxbrooks magnum, mccarthy irish eyes, majestic top gun
aanens spring forward, ozarks crest heaven knows, lakehill the playmaker, mercurys nect in line etc.
tons of names typed top to bottom but not sure how they fall together.

Pedigrees are done is a "bracket" type system usually. Think NCAA bracket type lol...
The sire is the top the dam underneath, and it branches off from there with the same repeating sire on top and dam underneath for form a from parents, grandsire/dam and great grandsire/dam..etc pedigree.
 
Just realized a new relation on the forums. I knew it but didn't put it together.

Denise(Calliesmom) bi black boy Jocu and Birch(and therefore Irenes' Spruce formerly known as Leo who was formerly known as Spruce:lol:) are cousins.

Daddy Grizz is half brother to Jocu' parents though CH Lochlyn Dream Catcher ROM "Nemo".

Jocu is also related to Sumac's Zak- I think...
if I remember correctly Zak's daddy is Jocu's great-granddaddy:pop
