Will class help?

For a moment there, I thought I was on the "Parenting" website instead of Sheltie Forums. Seems like the advice is ALMOST the same! Though I'm not sure how Ryan would take to be "crated" .....

:lol:Ah, if only we could crate human (well potentially human) adolescents, the world would be a better place.

I tried clicker training my husband and two sons...I didn't get very far!! LOL

Seriously..taking some fun doggy classes would help in the fact that your puppy would get some exercise and you would get a closer bond with your puppy...but you'd still have to give exercise every day to help curb the boredom chewing.
Clancy chewed a big hole in the carpet and texturized my dining room chair rungs....Got the carpet replaced then moved...brought Abby home and she decided that we needed different floors in that house too....think I woulda learned with Clancy!! LOL

You aren't alone!! We all go thru it with puppies!! I found that Kongs and puzzle dog toys help alot!!

I'm betting not too well - though with his extracurricular activities- might not be a bad idea :wink2:

ROFLOL..Clicker training for husbands and shoot, even teenagers, I love it, haha!!

omg the teenage years
LOL
I think we all have posts on that topic going on... I had an antique rocking chair saga that apparently needed restructuring and a wicker chair that needed to be shredded... Bitter Apple finally did work on the rocking chair, for the chewing on furniture issue.

It's back to the basics for the little delinquents, lol... and trust us it DOES go away... but tired puppies are good puppies... So I agree making them tired is the key at this stage
