Well, it has been interesting. With my boys home and everyone around Beau actually started to play more
AND I found out he absolutely loves Monkey-in-the-Middle. It doesn't last long but boy is he happy and excited. I think allowing him out to chase things is very detrimental to his playing abilities. So, I am trying (yes, trying) to not let him out by himself to chase. When I do I bring him in if he starts to look like he is going over threshold. He is very good about "in" these days--not perfect but pretty solid. So he is a work in progress. Toughest dog I have owned but that just means I have to learn a whole lot more
And having patience with him has helped me with the children I work with. So all in all life is always a learning experience and Beau puts me on my toes.
