The distemper and bordatella shots are separate, and should be listed separately. Parvo is usually included with the distemper (one of the "P"s in DHPP).
Vets don't generally order single parvo shots because you have to order like 25 of them, and the demand is fairly low in most cases. With this litter coming up (cross your fingers) I may try to get single parvo shots and single distemper shots, instead of giving the combo. I just don't need 25 of them.
