Your Shelties People Voice

This is a funny topic - I have actually called one of mine "Edith" before because of her high falsetto bark . . .

Piper: Edith Bunker
Jonesie: Dorothy on Golden Girls (Bea Arthur)
Foster Oreo: Scooby Doo

Now, how is that for dating oneself? :rolleyes2:

:yuckyuck Heck, I went to Lauren Bacall...that predates even Edith Bunker! :eek2:

 It's so fun picturing all these shelties with these voices! I can totally see a sheltie as Bernadette from the big bang. Indescribably sweet and quiet one minute and bossy the next!!

DH and I agreed. Olive's Anna Farris. She can act a little derpy but you can tell she's actually smart behind it all.

I would have to pick Jacqueline Kennedy for Lady. I can see her as having that sort of breathless, soft voice! She definitely lives up to her name - a real, dainty little Lady! I could definitely see her wearing the white gloves and pearls!!

I made a mistake. Dear StepSon says that Casey sounds like Bruce Willis. And Annabelle is Sue Heck from The Middle. After this week's Middle, I agree wholeheartedly.

Oh, hilarious!!
Layla: Shirley Temple
Bitsy Boodle: Phoebe from Friends
Beckon: Worf
Annie Laurie: Julia Child

I hear Jimmy Stewart's soft speech and cute stammers coming out of Koko (speaking of dating yourself)
And Fillion is still Randy from The Christmas story--from "Oh boy a squeaky toy--that's MINE!" to "I can't put my arms down!"

F-kap's gotta be John Wayne! Very headstrong and tough, but when the time is right very funny and a blast to be with.
Dixie's definitely Maureen O'hara. A feisty, moody, little red head, and very much a tomboy. But you can't help but love her spunky spirit!
Sarah is Veruca(Julie Dawn Cole) from Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory. "Daddy, I want it now! Give it to me NOW! If you don't, I shall scream!"
Ida would be Dorthy(Judy Garland) from The Wizard of Oz. A sweet shy little girl who loves all, therefor is loved by all.
Jody... sorry boy, but he's the Cowardly Lion!
