So I really wasn’t expecting this so soon but I found a puppy!!! I honestly thought it may take a year or longer so I’m still wrapping my head around it! :eek2: It’s a little tri boy and I’m picking him up the second weekend of December. I am so so excited to meet him! :shameful:

    Puppy shopping! Training to herd

Hello everyone! It has been so many years since I’ve been on the forum. Life happened, I got married, had kids and the list goes on and on. I had five beautiful shelties when I was an active member here. I only have one, Jody, and he’s an old man now. He was a puppy when I first joined over 12...

    Wetting the bed at night

Sometimes it’s a little strong but not overly. And usually I can hardly smell it at all. I was really confused the first couple times and didn’t think it was pee because hubby and I couldn’t smell anything. Her bed is in front of his nightstand and I figured he just knocked over his drink...

    That Is Not My Dog!

Actually I have... me.:rolleyes2: My little town doesn’t have leash laws and Jody loves his off leash walks. Unfortunately Whistle isn’t the best at it. Actually she’s terrible. She’s been known to run away from me to greet a perfect stranger like they’re her best friend. So best that she stay...

    Wetting the bed at night

This has been going on for about two months now and it isn’t consistent at all. Twice this week and two other times in the past few weeks. She’s on a lot of antibiotics (doxycycline: 3, twice daily) and steroids (prednisone 2 in the morning and 1 at night) to treat the Anaplasmosis. I have high...

    Wetting the bed at night

She doesn’t think the two are related. We can’t figure out what wrong with her. So we’re thinking it’s behavioral issues

    Wetting the bed at night

She has been getting a weekly or bi weekly full blood panel because of a tick disease she’s been battling.

    Wetting the bed at night

She’s about three we think. She was a rescue so we don’t know for sure. We were just at the vet the other day and we didn’t find anything out of the ordinary.

    Wetting the bed at night

Miss. Whistle, for some unknown reason, has been wetting the bed at night. HER bed. Then she jumps into ours while we’re asleep. But not before licking her pee covered bed for lord knows how long until it wakes me up.:ick She’s ruined two beds now because she peed in them and then the washer ate...

    Happy 8th Birthday Jody!!!

I can’t believe it’s been 8 ears already! These days my little cuddle bug gets called a senior at the vet and is on “old man pills” for arthritis (glucosamine supplements). But at the dog park he still hangs with the young dogs and plays fetch with the little kids. I have to restrain him to keep...

    Hoity Toity?

Why in the world would someone threaten your husband for being attacked by HIS dogs?! I can’t believe the disrespect and lack of responsibility. Definitely stay clear of them. As for hoity toity, it’s just an expression that people use for fancy snobs typically. Now I ask you, does this dog look...
