    That's a great question, and I think it would be find for the open forum. It is very interesting; I don't know the exact statistics, but I would guess that there is a pretty high attrition rate. There is a steep learning curve, and it's not a low-cost endeavor. The ones who stick tend to stick a longterm... the ones who don't are usually done after 5-7 years.

    I live in Montgomery County, but in The Woodlands area. It's South East of Montgomery. Less than an hour drive.
