Why Shelties may be targeted by other dogs?

I've read and heard of Shelties being attacked by other dogs, and wondered why Shelties are frequently targeted. This morning at a fun rally class, a Golden Retriever became aggressive toward Maddie upon seeing her. (Everything turned out fine). After class I asked our trainer why Shelties...

    Demanding Puppy!

    Puppy Panics in Warm Weather

I tell her with the deep stern voice to come inside, which is the command to go inside—-she knows this command very well.... so instead she goes off running in the parking...

Puppy frantic when blinds/ windows opening and closing.

Our 5 month old sheltie goes crazy whenever we try to open or close blinds or windows. He jumps, barks, snaps at us, very scary behavior, out of control. The windows don't squeak or make any loud sound -- at least to human ears. We have also noticed that moving a metal chair on our deck causes...
