I decided to go ahead and set the date,as the recurring date of July 16th seemed to work for many folks~
So here are the details:

No charge to attend,but donations will gladly be accepted to help defray my cost of food & also gift bag items,Bandana material,beverages
All kinds of fun games:
Agility Games,Hula Hoop,Find the treats,Frisbee,Tetherball,Water fun with sprinkler & also a pool &.... probably many games the shelties will invent themselves!!!
This will be a fun filled day with one of the most beautiful & intelligent dog breeds & their owners.Not only a fun day,but lots of great conversations,tips on sheltie care,grooming,breeding will also be shared.
There will be a huge array of food & beverage.Gift bags & bandanas will be givin to every dog in attendance. And probably some surprises!
A special blessing of the animals will also be done,and hopefully our local newspaper team will attend the event again this year. The paster has already told me to remind him,and he will be here.
T-shirts will be available for purchase,must be paid for in advance.Your sizes & quantity needed must be sent to me no later than 10 days prior to event.
Menu:
Hamburgers & Hotdogs,assorted salads,beverages,snacks,watermelon,assorted condiments.Tableware will be provided. If you would like to being a hot or cold dish to pass,or beverages,rolls etc,it will be gladly accepted. Please do let me know of special dietary needs (vegetarian,vegan,diabetic,allergies)
And a surprise birthday pup cake for all the July birthday dogs!
Campers are welcomed! Any travelers planning on staying overnight in the beautiful town of Cheraw,I can send accomodation's suggestions to you privately. You are required to reserve your own room.
There is one room available here at my home,but it is a FIRST COME FIRST SERVE basis.Breakfast will be served on Sunday,so you are welcomed to a good meal before you make your travel home.
I will add last year there were 16 dogs in attendance and we did not have one issue between dogs,which was really amazing! No agressive dogs allowed. Please bring poop bags,to clean up after your dog(s)
Everyone will have access to the house. Please know I have a cat,with disabilities,and she has full access to the house.
There will be 2 dogs in attendance with sight & hearing disabilities,I ask that everyone please be considerate about these dogs,so that they remain safe & can enjoy the day.
There will be plenty of shade with tents to keep you & your dogs cool. If you have an x-pen,we can easily assemble it for special places for your dog to rest,or bring a crate.
Note: There may be dogs in attendance that are still intact,it is your responsibility to take precautionary measures to make sure your dog is protected.
Please bring anything you may need for your comfort & also for your dog(s). Example...Food,dishes,water from home,special treats,crates~
Don't forget your camera,video equipment! Please bring lawn chairs as we simply do not have enough.
