A message from my daughter...

Oh Barb, I'm so sorry. I wish there was something I could say to make you feel better :(

You know we all love you here, it's people like you who make this forum such a great place.

I am so sorry Barb and Michelle for your loss. My sincere deepest sympathy to both of you.

I am so sorry Barb and Michelle.

As you can probably guess most of us can't even imagine what it must be like, I can only think of your pain, and I am sure what I think doesn't even come a little close to your realities.

I hope there is comfort and support and love for both of you out there. Please know that the story of your daughter and your son is so very touching indeed; if nothing else it brings us all closer because of the memories you so kindly share with us. We are very privileged indeed to hear about them both!
Thank you for that

Barb and Michelle all I can say is that I am crying with you. I hope you can find some comfort in the love that you have from your friends and families.

lots of love to fill your sweet souls,
sometimes these things can really take a toll,
though you know they're ok now,
you know they truly do love you and they show you somehow.

Barb-

Your message brought tears to my eyes. What a tremendous shock to have received the letter, but then I'm so glad that you have it.

I've found that connections to the past can be very precious and bittersweet at the same time. We had one in my family yesterday: It was the 17th anniversary of my father's death and also the day of the birth of twins that would have been his great-grandson and great-granddaughter.

The saddest part of all is that these would have been my sister's first grandchildren, but she is not here to meet them either.

As others have said, I can't even imagine what this loss must be like, Barb...or for you, Michele, either. Please know that our thoughts are with you, as are your loved ones still. Give an extra hug to your pups and let their warmth and love comfort you, along with our prayers.

Thank you~

I am some better today.Last night Brian came home from work.He calls every night at 8:30,at the time he called last night,I could'nt even speak a word audible to him. It was one of those big waves,I hav'ent had one in awihle, that I find myself being right back at that very moment, 14 years ago, when I could not put one foot in front of the other. Mentally & physically.

I grateful for everyone of you,so very kind & caring.
