I just ordered through cafe press two water-bottles for friend's with Toffee photo on it with the words: Toffee; herding hearts since 2008
Making that a Christmas gifts for his two 'Aunties' ... who dog sit if I am stuck!

But THAT tree I want for myself... and and and.. I mean it DOES have the pmt plan... Oh God, please somebody be the voice of reason!!!! lol
 
The S.U.B.U. wants to know ... do the water bottles have Toffee's picture in the shiny purple ensemble, or au naturel??? You know there is extra hardship pay for disseminating likenesses of doggies who are "dressed" LOL! You'll be hearing from Ima Barker~

The bottles sound like a terrific idea! And I love the saying!

I used Walmarts photo dept. last Christmas,as I had two pillow cases done for Brian. One with Earnhardt & a Bud light bottle he was holding,the other with Bumper and her holding on to my cell phone.

They were a little expensive,but I was so pleased with them,as the thread count was very high,and feel so nice. I used the Ship to Store option online.
They still offer it,and most stores you can order in the store to.

no, he's au naturel... all relaxed laying on the patio in the first sunshine of the year :) His Pup Daddy outfit and Toffee, Herding Hearts would take on a different meaning LOL

Ima Barker can relax on that front, poor her, she is probably run ragged lately... and DID hear dress up for Christmas Shelties.... S.U.B.U. is going to look in that direction.. I think I heard ANGEL WINGS LOL
 
DH and DS got me a Sheltie throw made from my favorite picture of Layla. It's glorious -- my favorite Sheltie object d'art!

But my friend who is a stained glass artist is making me a window from the picture I use here -- cannot wait! It won't be finished until spring, which gives me time to save up for it! :rolleyes2:
 
My Best Gift Ever

OK at the risk of making everyone drool, I have to share my very favorite gift of all time which I've mentioned before. Two years ago, my family got together and commissioned a painting of all our Shelties, past and present for me. At nearly five feet long, it hangs over our family room couch where we enjoy it every day. The problem is now we need to get the artist to do an add-on for Checkers! Here it is - left to right, Barkley, Bandit and Scruffy Sheltie angels; Ivy and Pixie.

The stained glass will be something when it arrives! So hard to wait!
