Thanks--I guess I overadjusted because the pictures were very cool/blue when they first came out of the camera (and yes, I shot in RAW).

There were a lot of younger dogs there...you might be looking at some of them.

Not really. The biggest difference between "show" and "pet" coats (besides hormonal differences from altering) is thickness. We want fullness, not length - rough and stand-off, not drape-to-the-floor. The older males will get rather long feathering, but I wouldn't want to see touching the floor at an indoor show. A shorter, fitted coat is especially appropriate in bitches and young Shelties..

Wish I knew a little more about the way shows work, but I took some pictures and tried to label the ones I knew (lots of titles/groups I couldn't remember!)

There wasn't much lighting so the pics are a little grainy, but you get the idea...lots of pretty pups!
