My daughter's best friend has a 9 year old Great Dane that was out with her for a walk when all of a sudden her rear leg broke. Turns out that she has bone cancer. They removed the leg and she figured out her new method of mobility immediately. It was like she was always 3 legged.

Diva is zipping around, happy and free! She's getting ready to test for Therapy Dog. In about six months, she'll join Layla and me at Walter Reed, serving our nation's Wounded Warriors! What an inspiration she will be!
