I gasped when I read the title, knowing you were away. Shedding tears here. My heart goes out to you and Indy. I've always admired you for your total dedication to Bacca, doing absolutely everything you could for him. May he run free with your Timber (hope I remembered his name right).
 
I am so sorry you weren't there when Bacca went...but he knew how much you loved him. Our pups know that.

Indy is going to need you even more without his brother, and you will need him just as much. You are lucky to have each other to help you get through this.

Oh Barb...I am so sorry to hear of the loss of Bacca. My heart goes out to you and Indy. Keep the good memories close to your heart of your boy. He had a good life with Indy and a wonderful mom, named Barb. You and Indy will be in my thoughts and prayers.
 
I am so sorry for your loss. It is heartbreaking not to be there but sometimes I think they do that on purpose to save us pain. One of my special rescue shelties was recovering from surgery. She was resting on the porch after I had sponged her off. I left her resting to go bathe another sheltie & when I came back she had passed away. I do believe she waited til I left. Please know that you are in our thoughts & that there is a star shining brighter in the sky now.
 
I had to do a double take when I read your post on FB. Barbara, Brian & I send our deepest condolences to you & Indy, Ryan, David.

Bacca was a special boy, I so looked forward to meeting both of them this year. I know in my heart, even though you were not there with him, he knew your heart, love was there.
Bless you, sending prayers for peace, and loads of love for Indy. He is going to miss Bacca, and I know he will look for him. Give him gentle hugs from all of us in SC.

My Condolences, I am so sorry to read about Bacca's passing and that you weren't able to be there.
Please don't beat yourself up over it, maybe he just didn't want you to have to go through this with him, and he trusted David! Bacca knew he was and will be forever in your heart.

I am so sorry for your loss of your sweet Bacca. Take consolation in the fact that you did everything for your special pup. Your efforts were absolutely tenacious. Thoughts and prayers are with you, David, and Indy. I know that you will cherish your memories.
