Boopka is a term of endearment which Shelties use between each other when they like the other sheltie alot. From what I read, the term is used how we use "honey or sweetie pie."
The term's full definition is found in the Shetland Sheepdog Applied Linguistic Anthropology: An Introduction to the Language by Nipper Pipsqueak. The language is quite difficult and I am struggling with it, but Ron who speaks several languages is learning "Sheltie" with no trouble.
