Got tired of Baker taking my husband's size 13 slippers & shaking them to death. I figured it wouldn't be long before he literally knocked himself out. So...Baker is now the proud owner of his very own Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle slippers! (he loves them by the way)

Baker at 8 months old on 1/10. We got him a sweater to help deal with the frigid weather we're having here in WI.

We also tried a couple different booties - no success. The first ones we tried wouldn't stay on. Then we got some of those rubber PAWZ brand ones & he had a fit when I put them on, just chewed at them to get them off. (we even tried a larger size with the same result). So I tried infant socks with Velcro added to keep them on. He didn't seem to mind them, but once outside he was totally focused on them & wouldn't do "his business".

So we are back to just shortened outside trips. It's in the 20s today, so the boys were able to run a bit.

At 8 months Baker weighs 12.2 pounds. I was hoping he would hit 15 but doubt that'll happen now. Oh well - he's still a keeper!

Baker is so handsome. I have always wanted a small sheltie, but have only had 2 that were in-size...the rest have all been elephants!
