Barking and sneezing

Sneezing

My Poppy does this too! If anyone sneezes or coughs she barks and runs at you and actually jumps up onto the person and pushes off. If you are sitting down it actually hurts when she does it. It is getting to the point that if we know we are going to sneeze or cough we put up our hand to hold her off. It is crazy and no idea why she does this. Oh and she used to do the same thing when we closed the dishwasher door, but we trained her to sit before we shut the door. Funny girl she is.
 
Flyer would jump at my face when I sneeze, blow, or sometimes cough. He was threatening to nip my lips! I decided that would not happen, so stuffed some string cheese in my mouth (that got his attention) and would fake sneeze, spit cheese to him, blow (and spit), cough and spit (careful, almost choked myself!)

But now he no longer bounces up at my face in a threat. He sits and watches intently because he wants to catch the cheese!
 
WOW! That is one creative solution!
