Take a step back, and re-group. Call a good training center, and sign up for beginner obedience classes. Work on the bond between the two of you, and the "who's in charge" issue in a positive, moving forward way. Something as simple as repetitive heel on lead work. Perfecting the "sit stay". It is easy to receive all different advice, but the bottom line is you have an unruly dog right now, that tests you at every turn, while making a game out of it.
Then, after you have the basics in place, sign up for a dog sport classes. Agility for fun, etc. I think your dog is telling you, in very obvious ways, that she needs more attention, and she is going to get it. Now, it is up to you to decide if it will be "good" attention or "bad" attention.
